April Blake grew up in Boulder, Colorado and was first introduced to natural healing by her Grandmother Nell, (who lived to be 103).  Nell gave April her first books on Reflexology, Metaphysical Healing, Colon Therapy and Raw Juicing when she was a teenager.  Being way ahead of her time, Nell was a powerful example of living a life devoted to wellness, vitality and rejuvenation. Her guidance greatly influenced April in her own path toward health and wholeness.

April continued to pursue natural healing approaches to health for most of her adult life. After a serious injury and health crisis eighteen years ago, she embarked on an intensive path toward healing to relieve the chronic effects of pain, inflammation and the residue of the PTS Disorder as a result from childhood trauma.  Discovering quantum biofeedback over six years ago it was ‘love at first sight’.  After receiving a measurable benefit in her over-all well being, April became seriously involved as a biofeedback practitioner; being greatly inspired by the tremendous healing potential of energetic balancing combined with deeper self-awareness for herself and for helping others.

The INDIGO™ biofeedback system helps to support understanding and acceptance of the natural cycles of life and the body: reception/release, digestion/elimination, birth/death and how intricately all the various facets of our lives are intertwined: hence the body/mind/spirit connection.  In turn, our ability to embrace the process that leads us to wholeness is also enhanced. Health is a choice.  It is a belief that we are connected to an innate intelligence within, guiding us to fuller vitality, healing, and heart radiance – and also to accept inevitable change and the eventual passing of life.

April’s training has included facilitating ‘The 21-Day Cleansing and Rejuvenating Program” for over three years, Movement Education, Art Therapy, Breath-Work, Somatic Healing, Grief Counseling, over eighteen years as a Certified Massage Therapist, and over six years as a Certified Biofeedback Specialist – NTCB ( Natural Therapies Certification Board).  It is her passion to serve others in finding their path to wellness using the most advanced technology in complementary medicine.

“Through listening to the body’s messages, learning to open and receive the fullness and beauty of life in all its forms, allowing the natural flow of reception-release to be that of open-handed and open-hearted embrace, one can live in greater harmony, peace and balance within oneself and in the world.” –April Blake
